Welcome to MegaRush. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, and by creating an account with us, you agree to be bound by them in full. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open a MegaRush casino account, you must be at least 18 years old, or older where local law sets a higher minimum age. Before we approve any MegaRush withdrawal or mega rush withdrawal, you must have made at least one deposit and wagered it in full at least once, completed all identity checks, and have no pending chargebacks. Our minimum withdrawal is 20 EUR or its equivalent, and funds are returned to the account or method the deposit originally came from. We may charge a fee to cover our own processing costs on funds that were never wagered.

• We aim to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though larger wins may require verification from the game provider, adding up to three business days.
• Once approved, e-wallet payouts are typically same day, card payments take 1-3 banking days, and bank transfers take 1-7 banking days.
• We do not set daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal ceilings, though withdrawals of 10,000 EUR or more within a 30-day period may be paid in instalments.

MegaRush Bonuses and Promotions

We offer new players a choice between two welcome packages, and neither includes free spins. Our Explorer Package offers up to $1,000 across three deposits with 35x wagering, while our High Roller Package offers up to $2,500 across three deposits with 40x wagering. Every MegaRush bonus and mega rush bonus must be selected in the cashier at the time of deposit, is valid for 30 days from registration, and is limited to one per household.

We apply different wagering contribution rates by game type: slots and most other games contribute 100%, classic slots contribute 75%, and live dealer games, table games and video poker contribute 10%. We only allow one active bonus at a time, and we do not permit hedging strategies such as betting red and black simultaneously.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and any dispute not resolved through our complaints process or ADR will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
